Breakfast Room

Guests are invited to enjoy piping hot coffee, juices, fresh baked breakfast breads, homemade granola, yogurt and fruit in the breakfast room starting at 8:00 am each morning of their stay with us. At 9:30 am David will serve a sumptuous hot seasonal breakfast that may include extravagant dishes like asparagus risotto with crispy duck egg and our own maple smoked bacon or slow cooked eggs with country breakfast sausage, creamed leeks and buttery biscuits. Other seasonal dishes that will appear include goat cheese omelets with toasted mushrooms and wilted greens served with short rib and potato hash and a spicy beet-horseradish sauce or leek and mushroom quiche with slow roasted tomatoes and smoked duck. Expect the unexpected, and have your taste buds both sated and invigorated for a full day of exploring the North Fork’s grandeur.
