2009 Brut Sparkling
Our 2009 vintage “Brut” is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes in a crisp and lean style. It shows fresh acidity, bright aromatic fruit and lightly toasted bread. This blanc de blanc sparkling wine can be enjoyed as an aperitif before dinner or alongside cheeses, smoked and cured meats, and shellfish.

2013 First Fruit Sauvignon Blanc
We call this wine “first fruit” because it is the first fruit that we harvest from our vineyard every year. Our sauvignon blanc exhibits classic flavors of ripe pear, mineral and herbs, which combine to create a wine best paired with the bounty of fresh fish and shellfish harvested locally on the North Fork.

This beautiful white was crafted from estate grown hand harvested Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. The fruit spends extended time on the skins before being fermented by indigenous yeast in new French oak barrels. Rich and complex, Haven shows expressive dried apricot and green fig aromas.

2012 Pinot Blanc
Our Estate grown Pinot Blanc was hand harvested then gently pressed and fermented with wild indigenous yeast in 500L puncheon barrels. It spent 15 months on lees and was bottled unfiltered. It posseses exotic aromas of lanolin and beeswax while showing rich flavors of apricot and honey. Just 95 cases were produced.

2012 Barrel Fermented Chardonnay
Our Barrel Fermented Chardonnay is a truly special small production wine. Only one barrel of this wine was produced in the outstanding 2012 vintage. The uniqueness of fermenting in barrel allows for a harmonious integration of fruit and oak flavors. Aged for 10 months and bottled without filtration; this wine is full bodied and has the potential for long aging.

2010 Estate Merlot
Our Signature Merlot shows aromas of sweet spices, toasted herbs and minerals while expressing classic flavors of black cherry, chocolate, coffee and vanilla. We recommend drinking our Merlot upon release though it will age well and continue to evolve for 5-7 years.

2010 Wild Boar Doe
Our playful “wild” Bordeaux blend of 40% Merlot, 23% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Malbec, 15% Petit Verdot, and 5% Cabernet Franc. Spicy and aromatic, our “wild boar doe” pairs perfectly with highly seasoned seafood stews, roasted meats and full flavored ripe cheeses.

2010 Nine Barrels Reserve Merlot
This wine exhibits refined tannins with elegant flavors of blackberry and black plum as well as distinct aromas of violet, chocolate, and earth. We recommend drinking our 9 Barrels (225 cases) upon release though it will age well and continue to evolve for a decade or more.

2010 Cabernet Sauvignon
This full bodied wine exhibits bold aromas that include mint, eucalyptus, and rich minerals. Aged for 18 months in small French oak barrels, it shows lush red cherry and ripe blackberry fruit character. Serve it alongside roasted lamb chops, venison or broiled steaks. We recommend drinking our cabernet sauvignon upon release though it will age well and continue to evolve for a decade or more.

2010 Petit Verdot
Our 2010 Petit Verdot was crafted from sustainably grown hand harvested fruit. We only produce Petit Verdot as an estate wine in great vintages. Our Petit Verdot exhibits classic aromas of dark roasted coffee beans, dried mushrooms, and black licorice. It is full bodied, highly structured and complex. Only 1344 bottles produced.

Hand harvested from the very best estate grown Cabernet Franc and Merlot fruit in our vineyard. It is a 3 barrel blend aged 18 months in 100% new French oak. It is deep purple in color showing spice box; red, blue and black fruit, mocha licorice and sweet oak. Opulent and tremendously concentrated; it possesses finesse, elegance, and grace.

Hand harvested from the very best estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot fruit in our vineyard. It is a 3 barrel blend aged 18 months in 100% new French oak. Rich coffee and bitter chocolate aromas surround a core of black fruit and sweet tannin. It will age for many years while developing profound clarity.

2010 Late Harvest
In October of 2010 we harvested two rows of Sauvignon Blanc and one row of Semillon after it had been dried to raisins by “noble rot.” We de-stemmed the fruit and co-fermented on the skins. After fermentation we moved the wine to a single three year old barrel for ten months. It was finished in new oak for 10 days before bottling.

This is our dry sherry. In October of 2009 we harvested two rows of Sauvignon Blanc and one row of Semillion. We de-stemmed the fruit and co-fermented on the skins. After fermentation we moved the wine to three year old barrels where it remained for two years. Enjoy the dry wine with hard cheeses, cured meats and roasted nuts.

Eau de Vie
Our Eau de Vie is our young brandy produced from Seyval Blanc and Cabernet Franc wine double distilled in our copper alembic still. Aromas of sweet red cherry blossoms, honeysuckle, and fresh mint give way to spicy palate and smooth finish.

Shine is our grappa produced from Chardonnay lees distilled in our copper alembic still. It shows intense varietal character, concentrated apples, pears and anise.
