Our playful “wild” Bordeaux is a blend of all 5 of our red varietals: Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon & Malbec. Spicy and aromatic, and one of our full-bodied reds, it is definitely suited for the big-red drinker. Wild Boar Doe pairs perfectly with highly seasoned braised meats, roasted meats and full-flavored ripe cheeses.

2015 Wild Boar Doe- 54.7% Merlot/ 15.6% Cabernet Franc/13.1% Petit Verdot/ 7.8% Cabernet Sauvignon/ 7.8% Malbec
How it’s made
Hand harvested, fermented with natural yeast, no sulfur at harvest. Aged for 20 months in French barrels.
