Q: How much does it cost to register for the Shinn Shine Wine Club?
A: Signing up to be a member of the Shinn Shine Wine Club is free.
Q: How long is my membership?
A: Shinn Shiners are required to agree to a full one year commitment. Memberships will automatically be renewed after the first year, at no extra charge, until cancellation notice is given. Cancellation notice must be received at least 2 weeks prior to a quarterly distribution. Shinn Estate Vineyards reserves the right to cancel any membership at any time.
Q: What is the cancellation fee?
A: A full, one-year commitment is required of the Shinn Shine Wine Club; otherwise a $100 cancellation fee applies.
Q: How much does each quarterly package cost?
A: Prior to the release of each quarterly wine package, you will be charged between $60 – $80 (plus tax and shipping, if applicable) each quarter. This range reflects the varied prices of the three wines.
Q: When do I receive my wine?
A: Packages are distributed quarterly throughout the year. In celebration of the seasons, packages will be released in March (vernal equinox), June (summer solstice), September (autumnal equinox) and December (winter solstice).
Q: How do I receive my wine packages?
A: Your quarterly wine packages can either be shipped to your doorstep via UPS or you can pick them up at Shinn Estate Vineyards’ Tasting Room. Please note that wines are shipped via UPS and all packages will require an adult signature upon delivery; delivers cannot be left on a doorstep. You can have your packages delivered to your place of employment, if that is more convenient. If you decide to pick up your quarterly packages at Shinn Estate Vineyards’ Tasting Room, we will hold your wine for 60 days.
Q: What states do you ship to?
A: Our wines can only be shipped to the following states:
AK, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY
Q: What happens if I do not pick up my wine after 60 days?
A: After the 60 days, we will unpack the pre-packed packages to be stored at the winery. The wine will still be available for you to pick up; however, we cannot guarantee that we will still have the same wine after an extended period of time. In the event that the wine is no longer available, we will replace the wine with the newest vintage.
Q: What happens if I miss my quarterly delivery from UPS?
A: In the event that a package is refused or undelivered packages are returned to Shinn Estate Vineyards, members will not receive a refund for the cost of shipping. Shinn Shiners understand that any packages shipped to the requested address are their responsibilities to obtain. In the event that a member has moved or there is a change of address, it is their responsibility to update their address prior to the quarterly charge date.
Q: When will I be billed for my quarterly packages?
A: Shinn Shine packages celebrate the seasons! Packages will be released in March, June, September and December. All members are notified via email on the first Tuesday of each of those months and are asked to make any necessary updates to their membership during the week. All members are then billed on the second Tuesday of the month.
Q: What are Wine Celebration Days?
A: Wine Celebration Days are for Shinn Shiners to attend and pickup their quarterly wine packages at Shinn Estate Vineyards’ Tasting Room. Your wine package will be ready for you to pickup and you can enjoy light food and festivity with your fellow Shinn Shiners.
Q: If I have my quarterly wine packages shipped, can I still attend the Wine Celebration Days?
A: Yes! Please notify Carly (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you are planning to attend a Wine Celebration Days, with at least one week notice.
Q: Am I able to pick my own wine for the quarterly selections?
A: Our wine growing team selects the wine for each quarterly package. The wines chosen are in celebration of the seasons! We have chosen to package wines in March and September to celebrate the equinox and in June and December to celebrate the solstice.
Q: What if I do not like a wine that is in my quarterly package? Am I able to switch it for another wine?
A: Unfortunately, customizing the quarterly packages cannot be done. Wines selected for the Shinn Shine packages reflect the seasons and are selected for special reasons.

Q: Is my personal information safe?
A: Yes! All member information (name, credit card, address and all contact information is held in strict confidentiality by Shinn Estate Vineyards. We do not sell or give customer information to third parties.
