We are one of the few wineries where you can relax and enjoy table service on our tasting room patio or barn overlooking the vineyard. Wines may be tasted in flights, by the glass or by the bottle. We are open year-round, 7 days a week.
DURING YOUR VISIT
Tasting flights are available for purchase and range from $16-$30. Bottles and glasses are also available for purchase. We serve light plates such as a charcuterie platter, an artisan cheese board, cake from the Cake Boss, North Fork Potato Chips, NoFo Doughnuts and other seasonal selections — as such, outside food is not permitted.
In order to provide you the best service, reservations are strongly recommended on weekends for parties of all sizes and can be made below. Groups of 6 or more: reservation required, please refer to group tastings & reservations. Buses & limos also require a reservation.
Guided tours are offered on most Saturdays at 1:30PM. The vineyard walk & winery tour is $35/person and includes a behind-the-scenes look at our vineyard, winery and barrel cellar. Learn more here.
Self-guided tours are available daily and are complimentary for guests who enjoy a tasting or glass with us. Booklets are available in our tasting room.
We are always looking for unique experiences to host at our vineyard special events at our vineyard. Before your visit, be sure to check our winery calendar to see if we have any special events that day. Our upcoming events are listed below.
We welcome groups to experience the best of the winery and offer several options to customize your group experience. We kindly ask that parties of eight or more make a reservation in advance.

DURING YOUR VISIT
Tasting flights are available for purchase and range from $16-$30. For groups of 10 or more, we offer 3 set tasting flights for $16/ea. Each guest has the option to select the flight of their choice – either a classic flight, a white flight or a red flight.
We also serve light plates such as a charcuterie platter, an artisan cheese board, cake from the Cake Boss, North Fork Potato Chips, NoFo Doughnuts and other seasonal selections — as such, outside food is not permitted.
Advanced group reservations help us provide the best tableside service for your party. For groups of 6 or more, we do require a reservation. While we welcome groups of all sizes, we kindly ask groups of 18 or more to contact us directly so we are able to assist in planning your visit.
We reserve your table for 1 hour and 30 minutes, which is the perfect amount of time to enjoy a tasting and some light plates.
For a more intimate experience, guests can request a private tour of our Barrel Room & Winery. This is ideal for guests seeking a more customized experience and is available Sun-Friday for $50/person.
Experience the beauty of our vineyard, production facilities and our wines during this 45-minute wine education tour. Guests are treated to a glass of our signature Rose Hill Rosé as they start their walking tour in the vineyard. Then we move onto the crush pad and Tank room, where our Mark Nomblot French Egg takes center stage as we taste our 2018 Concrete Blonde. We end the tour in our barrel cellar, where guests learn about the aging of our wines and taste one of our oaked reds.

We do allow leashed pets in our tasting barn and on our patio. We do not allow pets in our wine library.
Groups of 6 or less are welcome to walk in at any time for a tasting.
Reservations are highly recommended for groups of 8 or more in order to ensure the best possible experience for your group. While we do welcome groups of all sizes, groups of 10 or more must be arranged in advance by emailing us at email@example.com or calling us at 631.804.0367 .
We do allow groups of up to 18 guests by reservation only. We allocate one hour per group, which is the perfect amount of time to enjoy four wines! If groups are traveling with a tour group, we have a set tasting menu of 4 wines for $16/guest. Otherwise, guests are welcome to order off of our standard tasting menu.
Groups are welcome to order from our snack menu, which includes light bites such as charcuterie, cheese, potato chips, cake slices and more. Please submit a reservation request above and we’re happy to assist. We do require a credit card on file for reservations.
The largest group size we can accommodate is 18 guests. For groups of 18 or more, please refer to our private events page.
Outside food is not permitted in our tasting room, tasting patio or in the vineyard lawn. We do have light plates available for purchase such as a cheese board, charcuterie plate, mixed nuts, marinated olives, NoFo Doughnuts (weekends) and cake slices from Carlo’s Bakery.
Absolutely. We offer the following for private reservations/tours:
Private Tour – (available weekdays) $50/guest – includes a 30-minute tour of our winery and barrel room, as well as a tasting of four reserve wines.
Private Reservations – (available weekends & weekends). May include rental of our wine library, winery or barrel room. Please call for more information.

Yes. We offer a Vineyard & Winery Tour Saturdays from May-October for $35/person, which includes a complimentary glass of Rose Hill Rosé.
The tour will introduce you to our biodynamic farming practices, give you a behind-the-scenes look at our winery & barrel room, and tell you more about our beautiful vineyard in Mattituck. The tour includes:
- Walk through our oldest vines on the Shinn Vineyard where you will learn about our biodynamic preparations, and how our holistic farming techniques result in wines that exemplify both grace and clarity.
- A winery and barrel tour, where guests get an inside look at our unique gravity-fed winemaking process, natural vineyard yeast fermentation, and our barrel aging process.
